The decision

Physiotherapy's job ends at daily life — walk, reach, carry. But you don't want daily life. You want your sport back. Between those two points there's a gap, and the athletes who re-injure are almost always the ones who jumped it instead of training it.

This program is that bridge — and it has three doors, depending on where your story is:

Door 01 · Pre-op

Before the surgery

Going in stronger changes everything coming out. Pre-op preparation builds the muscle, range and habits that recovery will spend — so week one starts from a higher floor.

Door 02 · Post-physio

After the clinic

Cleared for daily life — now the real rebuild: strength, symmetry, power, restored in the right order, measured so nothing hides.

Door 03 · Return

The last mile

Game speed, contact, chaos — and the fear. We rebuild the athlete, not just the joint, and get you back in the shortest safe time.
