About us

A lab, not just a gym

Fitness Lab is a fitness and athletic performance club in Chehim, Mount Lebanon. Our focus isn't bodybuilding — it's peak performance and human movement: how you sprint, jump, land, cut, throw and recover.

Athletes come for sport-specific development and injury work. Members come for coached training that follows a plan. Everyone starts with an assessment — because you can't improve what you haven't measured.
